In this section you will find the drinks that I feel are the best of their kind in the world today. Rather than aiming to have the largest selection possible by listing dozens of recipes that are mediocre at best, I have chosen drinks that are excellent when enjoyed in the correct situation. This list has been gathered together from cocktail books old and new, from competitions I have competed in or judged, from bars around the world that I have been lucky enough to sample; and from the most valuable source out there, the bartenders themselves. So a huge thank you to all of you who have contributed, and to those of you out there mixing right now creating the classics of the future.
