Brandy

Brandy

did you know

Not all Brandy is Cognac, but all Cognac is Brandy! This is because Cognac is a type of brandy produced under Appellation Controlee guidelines in France, if any of these parameters are broken the word 'Cognac' is not permitted on the label.

Spirits made directly from a fruit base can offer us a multitude of different experiences.  From the finesse of Cognac to the robustness of America’s Applejack, these glorious liquids offer us a spirit as wonderful when mixed as it is when sipped and savoured.
