The most common style of gin typically used for mixed drinks is London Dry Gin, however today there are a number of different styles available on the market. Distillers more than ever are experimenting with different botanical flavouring as wide ranging as camomile flowers and saffron, making the gin category one of the most energetic around; and although juniper must be the predominant flavour there is now a gin recipe for everyone.
