Perfected in The American Bar of The Savoy Hotel


ingredients

  1. 50ml Gin
  2. 25ml Triple Sec or Curacao
  3. 25ml Fresh Lemon Juice
  4. Dash Egg White
  5. Garnish: None

Pour all ingredients into a shaker, fill with ice , shake and double strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Comments

Although a recipe for the White Lady predates Harry Craddock's tenure at The American Bar of The Savoy Hotel, this is the drink which caught on and became a corner stone of the cocktail list in one of the most iconic bars the world has ever seen.
