Whisk(e)y

Whisk(e)y covers a diverse range of flavours, those who make it can’t even agree on how to spell it, the Scots and some Canadians feel there is no need for the letter ‘e’ to appear, however most of the rest of the world including the Irish and the American’s (well except the nice folks at Maker’s Mark at any rate) seem to like to use 7 letters to name the result of their labour.  But rather than lying awake worrying about the possible ramifications this could have to the crossword community, or the lengthy arguments it may cause across the scrabble board; i ask you instead to taste these exceptional spirits and pick your favourite.
